About Our Company
In business for over 60 years, Pelton Pump Co was founded in 1954 by Norman C. Pelton, when his well pump failed and his family of nine children was without water for many days. When a repairman didn’t show, Norman Pelton was forced to complete the repairs himself with tools from a neighbor whose pump he also fixed. And a company was born.Carl Pelton, grandson of the company’s founder, is the third generation to run the family business. Pelton Pump Co is looking towards the future with innovative pump applications and a fourth generation currently working with the company.
